Redeem Your Points

Your points can be used as discounts at checkout:

• 100 points = €5 discount

You can apply your points whenever you’re ready — it’s our little way of saying thank you.

Points Expiry

To keep things fair and active:

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned
• Any unused points will automatically expire after this period

We recommend using your points regularly so you don’t miss out on your rewards.

Important Notes

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Points are only earned on completed (non-refunded) orders
• If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed
