We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Your purchase will be processed in 1 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location and may range from 1-3 business days.

• Germany & Belgium: 2–4 business days

We ship orders via standard DHL/PostNL. Select your preferred carrier at the checkout. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for instructions and to obtain a return authorization. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your return and, if applicable, issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
