Shipping

We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Order before 22:00. and get it shipped the same day. Delivery times vary based on your location and may range from 1-3 business days.

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days
• Germany & Belgium: 2–4 business days

We ship orders via standard DHL/PostNL. Select your preferred carrier at the checkout. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can track the shipment. Do you have any questions about the shipment? Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

To start a return, go to log in to your account and click on the order you want to return. Then click on "withdraw contract' on the top right. A return form will open up. Fill you details for return and submit. We will contact you back with further details on how you can send your order back.
