What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened fragrances.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, our return policy will apply. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high-quality and a fair value.

 

How much does shipping cost?
